Meet Charlie. He is a 6 year old Shih Tzu and is 13 pounds of
personality. The tongue is real (birth
defect) and does not mind using it. Charlie occasionally visits the Raine
facility where he spends his time sleeping, begging for food and marking
various spots around the building. So far, most of the bushes, the east and
north sides of the building have been marked. Overall, Charlie has been well
received by everyone. No one yet has confused him for the Charlie in the
warehouse.
